Aaron V. Davis Aaron is a general practice attorney with particular emphasis in the areas of collections, business law, contracts, criminal law, family law, personal injury, commercial law, and bankruptcy. He is admitted to practice in Idaho and federal courts. Aaron spent his childhood in various parts of the country, including California, Minnesota, Utah, New Mexico, and Idaho. He graduated from Granada High School in Livermore, California in 1997. From 1999 to 2001, Aaron served as an LDS missionary in Long Beach, California, speaking Spanish. Aaron continues to develop his skills with the Spanish language. Aaron received a Bachelor of Arts degree from Brigham Young University – Idaho in 2003 with a combined minor of Humanities and Classical Studies. He then obtained his law degree in 2006 from the University of Idaho College of Law in the top third of his class. During his time at law school, Aaron participated in the McNichols Moot Court, Trial Team, and LSADR Negotiation competitions. After law school, Aaron served as law clerk to the Honorable John J. Shindurling, Idaho Seventh Judicial District for a period of one year. During a portion of that time, he taught one semester of freshman English at BYU-Idaho as adjunct faculty. At the end of 2007, Aaron created Davis Law, PLLC and opened an office in Rexburg, Idaho. Since June of 2008, Aaron has served as the Assistant City Attorney for Rexburg, handling the misdemeanor prosecutions and providing support with civil matters. Aaron and his wife, Jessica, were married in 2007 and have the great pleasure of being parents to their young son, Liam. Aaron enjoys reading, dining, camping and backpacking, computer gaming, throwing pottery at any opportunity, and spending time with his family.
